Baylor's Isaiah Austin Named Honorary Draft Pick For 2014 NBA Draft

Lets just call this...the BEST NBA DRAFT MOMENT OF ALL TIME!

The 2014 NBA draft kicked off tonight, and the organization has already had it's best moment ever!

During the leagues 15th and 16th draft pick, NBA commissioner Adam Silver took time to honor Baylor's Isaiah Austin, who's basketball dream unexpectedly turned into a nightmare, after being diagnosed with a genetic disorder called Marfan Syndrome (a condition known for weakening the aorta artery, that supplies blood from the heart to the rest of the body).

The disease not only took Isaiah's chances of playing professionally, but also caused him to lose his right eye in middle school, which he says had to be removed after multiple surgeries. In March, Austin told CBS News, "I felt like quitting, I felt like giving up."

...But let the church say amen for Isaiah overcoming and seeing things through! Because of this, the Baylor center will forever have what few get to experience; and what many will only dream of.

After accepting his honor, Isaiah took to twitter to share his excitement and appreciation for getting drafted posting,

A-List fun fact: For those unfamiliar with Isaiah's story, the b-baller became one of the top five high school basketball players in the country after conquering the set back of losing his eye (Makes you wanna say..."Now how YOU DOING!?" In my Madea voice of course).

LeBron And Savannah James: We're Having A Girl!

Now this is something that could help soften the blow of a championship loss...

The cat has come out of the bag regarding the sex of LeBron, and his wife Savannah's new bundle of joy, and according to Miami Heat president Pat Riley, it's a girl!

Riley revealed the news of King James expecting a little princess during his season-ending meeting on Thursday saying, "Savannah now is going to have a little baby girl to join her in the fight against the two boys and LeBron, which she needs."

The four time MVP, and his wife married last year, and their third expectancy was announced at the top of 2014.

Awe! Now Savannah finally has someone to level out the testosterone in that house! Congrats!

Destiny's Child Reunion: Michelle Williams Releases 'Say Yes' Music Video

Destiny's Child fans...THEY'RE BAAACK...well, sort of...

For those of us who have been itching for a Destiny's Child reunion, the wait is finally over!

In a new visual released for Michelle Williams' newest single, 'Say Yes,' the ladies of DC-3 took the time out to throw some holy water on those "Illuminati" fires, by letting the world know there's nothing wrong with a little Jesus!

Michelle appeared on Good Morning America to give fans a sneak peak of the video, and to talk about her new role on Oxygen's upcoming reality show "Fix My Choir," which will also feature gospel legend Shirley Caesar, and hit contemporary gospel act Mary Mary.

The patriarch of VH1's hit reality show 'The Family Hustle' left his parental boots once more at the door yesterday (Which, by the way was his daughter, Deyjah's birthday) to address Azealia Banks, who randomly decided to come for T.I.'s estranged wife, Tiny on twitter.

In an Instagram post, the Trouble Man uploaded the below shot of the Harlem bred rapper, along with a very angry caption that read, "U musty-mouthed-thot-bot-bad-body-syphilis-lipped-rectum-vomit-unimportant-ugggggly-monstrosity-of-a-maggot-ass B#####TCCHHHH!!!!!! T.I.'s Instagram thrashing was in reaction to Azealia's tweet about Tiny that read, "U want no mediocre but ... Have you seen your wife?"

 

The "no mediocre" comment stems from the hustle gang rapper's latest single he has out with Australian rapper, Iggy Azalea that you can check out below.

 

Both T.I., and Azealia's posts have since been deleted (Go figure).

Stranger Danger: Actress Sanaa Lathan Walks In On Stalker In Her Home!

 

These days, not even your own home is safe...

Recently actress Sanaa Lathan experienced the scare of a lifetime, and also got a taste of "the royal stan treatment," when an unarmed stalker was found sleeping in her home.

The man, identified as 28-year-old Shawn Caples, was discovered by contractors catching some zzz's in the laundry room of the star's house. When he was awaken and told to leave he refused, claiming he was the husband of 'The Best Man' actress. *inserts ri-got-dang-diculous here*

After Caples finally left, he tried his luck again later that day, only to be met by a screaming Lathan, who demanded him to "get the f##k out of here."

Caples has since been arrested, and will be taking the remainder of his naps in the slammer. He'll be ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Sanaa once he's released.

Geesh! How did this dude even know where she lived? Stay safe people!

To be, or not to be A-Listers? That is the question...

First came love, then came marriage...now is there a baby in the baby carriage?

There may be another congrats in order for singer Kelly Rowland, who recently tied the knot with her long time boyfriend and manager Tim Witherspoon last month.

According to some recent pics that were taken at the "Rhythm On the River" music festival in Oklahoma, the pretty and lean singer looked as though she could possibly be carrying a small bun in the oven!

Kelly, who performed in a matching gray high wasted pantsuit, looked like she was doing 1. of 2. things: A. Trying to bring Steve Erkel's style back to life, or B. Hiding a gut full of human!

It's still too early to tell whether or not it was the choice of wardrobe, or the real deal holy field! I guess we'll see in due time, but if there's anything in there other than your last meal, here's another big congrats!

R. Kelly's Teenage Daughter Comes Out As A Transgender Boy

Now this is definitely something that could make R. Kelly's Trapped In The Closet series...

R. Kelly's teenage daughter, has a new outlook on life, and it's to see through a male's eyes!

The youngest daughter of the Trapped In The Closet singer recently decided to reintroduce herself to the world as a dude with a new attitude (Ok, maybe not so much, but hey...it rhymed)!

Jaya Kelly, who now goes by the name Jay, recently stepped out of the closet on her Facebook page by telling friends the once she is now a he, who identifies with being a "transguy."

According to Sandra Rose, Andrea Kelly, who is the mother of Jaya, and also the ex-wife of R. Kelly, has embraced her daughter's son's transition, and is fully supportive of Jay's decision.

It's unclear what R. Kelly's feelings are regarding the announcement, but since the news broke last week, the RnB singer has remained silent.

We probably already know what Kel's motto is anyway. And that's to "Keep it on the down looow. Nobody has to knooow." Welp!

Tichina Arnold To French Montana: I'm Classy And You're Trashy!

Now THIS ladies and gentleman, is how you properly read somebody. Feel free to take notes...

Recently, actress Tichina Arnold, famously known for her role on the hit comedy television series Martin, was caught in a bit of a shade throwing war on Instagram by rapper French Montana.

A few short weeks ago, the Moroccan rapper took to his Instagram to post his thoughts on Tichina's choice of wardrobe (and lack of makeup) with the below pic, along with a caption that read, "I wish Martin could see this right now. He would tear her a%s up."

But not so fast Mr. Postman! After Pam caught word that somebody other than Martin was aiming for shots, she also went to social media, and gave French Montana a "D#mmmn Gina!" moment.

In a lengthy, yet hands down classy and sassy response, Tichina expressed her distaste for the rapper's comments, and gave a bit of advice to someone she only recognizes as a love interest to reality starlet Khloe Kardashian:

“Man oh man. Mr. Montana, I've perused (read through with thoroughness and care) your #instagram profile description, pictures & posts... but despite my determined effort, I STILL don't have a CLUE to one very simple question... "Who ARE you?".. I mean other than reading that you've dated a Kardashian, and you seem to enjoy taking extraneous pictures with LEGITIMATE celebrities, I'm baffled (perplexed, confused) as to WHO you are & WHAT you actually DO? How do you contribute to society? What do you do to HELP those in need? What philanthropic works have you done? Are you on the board of any charitable organizations? America's Next Top Model Yaya DaCosta Casted For Whitney Houston In LIFETIME TV Biopic

*Grabs karaoke mic, and channels Whitney Houston* "Thaaa greatest love, OF ALLLLL! Is happening to meee!"...and definitely to Yaya!

Season 3's America's Next Top Model runner up, Yaya DaCosta, may have recently hit the gig of a lifetime; playing legendary singer/actress Whitney Houston in a made for T.V. biopic!

The movie will air on LIFETIME, and will chronicle the late singer's relationship with her ex-husband, Bobby Brown, and also capture her meteoric rise to superstardom.

The yet-untitled biopic is aiming for a 2015 release, and will be directed by Angela Bassett, who is famously known for PLAYING THE STANK out of her role as Tina Turner in the 1993 American biopic, What's Love Got To Do With It.

Yaya is most recently known for her role in Lee Daniels, The Butler; playing the sassy student activist, Carol Hammie.

You know what A-Listers, I think this can work. There are definitely physical similarities there, and if Yaya can pull off the acting, this could be a good look! Still a little confused as to why a biopic on someone so legendary only made the small screen...Oh well, I'll still be watching!

Actor/Comedian Tracy Morgan Involved In Fatal Car Crash!

Attention, attention! Calling all prayer warriors...

Actor/Comedian Tracy Morgan, and a few others were critically injured in a fatal car crash early Saturday morning, after their limousine bus was hit by a tractor-trailer on the New Jersey Turnpike.

The 6-vehicle crash involved two tractor-trailers, a sport utility vehicle and two cars, along with the limousine bus that was transporting the SNL actor. At least one person, identified as 63-year-old James McNair, was killed in the accident.

The tragedy occurred around 1am Saturday morning, and happened after the "30 Rock" cast member performed at the Dover Downs Hotel and Casino in Dover, Delaware for his "Turn It Funny" city tour.

Another comedian, Ardie Fuqua, who was riding with Tracy last night, posted the below pictures to his Instagram, before the car crash with the caption, "This is what it looks like from the stage to see a standing ovation from 1500 people. Then we traveled back to NYC in style in a luxury Mercedes Sprinter. Road life is a good life! #tracymorgan."

Tracy was listed in critical condition in intensive care at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Center in New Brunswick,  NJ, along with three other passengers. Two other people on the bus were not injured.

A statement was released by the comedian's rep, regarding his health status, saying "his family is with him now", and that for the moment, doctors don't expect a change in his current condition.

What a sad situation smh. Prayers are definitely up for all parties involved. Get well soon guys! 

Gatorade To Lebron James: If You Had Us You Wouldn't Bust!

Gatorade has a message for Lebron, and if he wants a 3-peat, he maaay want to listen...

Last night, after Miami Heat's upsetting loss to San Antonio, rehydration sports drink Gatorade took the time, and their platform, to send a message to Lebron James, who was dramatically carried off the court after catching some serious leg cramps.

In the PSA, NBA's official sports drink (since 1984) unleashed a series of hilarious response tweets to followers, giving their take on what could've been had King James been fueled by Gatorade.

One follower commented, "Hey @Gatorade where's all your sports science magic for preventing cramps in your no. 1 client @KingJames?" To which Gatorade responded, "The person wasn't our client. Our athletes can take the heat."

Another follower tweeted, "WHERE WERE YOU WHEN LEBRON NEEDED YOU???," with Gatorade replying, "We were waiting on the sidelines, but he prefers to drink something else."

Lebron (who is a client of Gatorade's competitor Powerade), will team up with the Heat to take on the Spurs again this Sunday.

I's Free!: Chris Brown Celebrates Release From The Clink With Karrueche And Friends

"I'm coming home, I'm coming home, tell the world I'M COMING!..."

The chains were finally broken for singer Chris Brown, after serving a 108 day stint in jail from a probation violation regarding his assault case with Rihanna in 2009.

To celebrate his release, the 25-year-old enjoyed a surprise homecoming bar-b-que with on-again-off-again girlfriend Karrueche, and some of his closest A-List buddies.

The get together, which took place Thursday night at a Beverly Hills home, was filled with guests who welcomed a blindfolded Chris with thunderous applause, while his hit song "Loyal" blasted in the background.

Chris, who looked like he hadn't skipped a beat or a meal, enjoyed the night by mingling with friends, taking selfies, and showing major appreciation and PDA towards Karrueche, who helped hold him down during his time away.

Looks like there were good times all around! Welcome back Breezy! And please...stay out of trouble this time.
