Whether they're homies, lovers or friends both Nelly and Shantel Jackson know how to ring in a birthday!

Jennifer Lopez wasn't the only stunner to turn up for this Leo season, but also Shantel "Ms. Jackson if ya nasty," who was recently caught on her birthday steez with Nelly and some of her close relatives.

Last night, the latest "are they or aren't they" couple took to Instagram to give fans a sneak peak into their love life the festivities that went down, and also spilled the tea that they've been celebrating Shantel's birthday for weeks now!
