The list of performers for this year's VMA's just keeps getting better, and most recently added to the talented lineup is one of our favorite A-Listers, Nicki Minaj!
MTV confirmed the news today that the Raptress will take the stage to perform her #1 Sir Mix-A-Lot inspired hit 'Anaconda' from her upcoming third album, 'The Pink Print.'
The Queen of rap cosigned the announcement to fans on her social media accounts by reposting a snapshot from MTV's twitter that read, "YAAAS! Queen @NICKIMINAJ will perform #Anaconda for the first time ever at the 2014 #VMA!!"
Nicki joins performers Taylor Swift, Usher, Ariana Grande, and Beyoncé. The show will air August 24th.
Both Beyoncé AND Nicki gracing the VMA stage this year? Sounds like a great time to perform the 'Flawless' remix to me. A surprise appearance from Sir Mix-A-Lot during the 'Anaconda' performance wouldn't hurt either.
