Beyonce: Tired Of Working More For Less! Gender Equality Doesn't Exist!

Who run the world? GIRLS!...

Beyoncé recently put her feministic qualities to use by writing an essay for a multi-platform nonprofit media initiative called the 'Shriver Report'.

This platform, led by journalist and ex-wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger Maria Shriver, featured a 2014 special report called "A Woman's Nation Pushes Back From the Brink."

In an excerpt from this particular piece the 'Run The World' singer voiced her annoyance with the lack of gender equality, and also her dissatisfaction for the unequaled amount of pay women receive compared to men who hold the same job titles.

"We need to stop buying into the myth about gender equality. It isn’t a reality yet. Today, women make up half of the U.S. workforce, but the average working woman earns only 77 percent of what the average working man makes.  But unless women and men both say this is unacceptable, things will not change."

The 32-year-old mother also added, "We have a lot of work to do, but we can get there if we work together. Women are more than 50 percent of the population and more than 50 percent of voters. We must demand that we all receive 100 percent of the opportunities."

Bey sure is sprinkling a lot of feminine powder on all of us ladies isn't she? But, on this subject, I have to agree.

There are too many reasons why this should've already taken place. Single mothers, women becoming breadwinners for their families, lets see um... what else? HOW ABOUT JUST PLAIN OLE FREAKING EQUALITY?! Let's do better...
