In the midst of all his legal woes including an arrest in Miami with a urine sample from the singer testing positive for marijuana and Xanax, and most recently the Biebs turning himself in to Toronto Police regarding a December altercation with a limo driver, Justin is still taking care of his fans by dropping hot new music.
The teen sensation recently released a video for his new single "Confident" which shows the singer on a mission to snag his very confident leading lady.

P.S. Justin Bieber pleaded not guilty to his DUI arrest in Florida, but...how do you do that if you're 1. Driving and 2. Under the influence of marijuana and Xanax? So confused...
