What is going on here? Are all “Making The Band” musical
groups getting back together or what?! It most certainly looks that way folks!
According to TMZ, a rep for band Day 26 recently
confirmed the news that the group is in fact back together, and a 30-city tour is in the works starting in the
Spring of 2014. The most exciting part about the reunion? It will include ALL
ORIGINAL MEMBERS (Welcome back Que! We’ve missed ya!)TMZ also reported that creator P. Diddy was not a part of resurrecting the band.
I tell ya what A-Listers!! This is one band that I personally will be ecstatic about hearing from! One of my fave male groups since Boys II Men, and I can’t wait for the sultry RnB hotness to hit the airwaves!
Here's a little backstory on the group: The boy band was founded by P. Diddy on season 4 of the hit show "Making The Band." From there the group went on to make 2 albums before venturing into rocky waters. In 2009 bandmate Qwanell Mosley, known to the world as Que (and as Dawn from Danity Kane's ex-love!), was kicked out of the group for creative differences. 3 years following the band dismantled all together.
Some of Day 26's hits include "Got Me Going" and "Since You've Been Gone"
