Yesterday the "Wrecking Ball" singer took to twitter to spread Christmas cheer, while baring her chest in a photo she posted (No worries! The cha-cha's were covered with Merry Christmas hearts). This was in support of the indie film 'Free the Nipple' directed by Lina Esco.
Cyrus's caption connected to the pic read "Merry Christmas, thank you NY for being one of the few states to @freethenipple."
According to the films FundAnything webpage the documentary promotes equality for women by questioning the censorship of the U.S. media in regards to naked females compared with its censorship of violence. It also sheds light on the laws that force police to arrest women for breastfeeding their children in public.
Well...if you're going to bare it all the time, might as well do it for a good cause eh?
